The report that there is 15 Haitians having Cov-19 virus is a joke in light of the fact that there is barely any testing.

Who is going to check out the mountain populations?

Who cares about the people living in the mountains which make up most of the Haitian population.

Since the Haitian people, much like the USA, have no idea how this is transmitted once it gets into the country it will run rampant.

The difference in the USA is that the population choose to ignore the directives.

in Haiti the people have no choice.

The protocols of frequently washing your hands when there is no water, or self-distancing when you live 8-10 in a two room house doesn't work. So hopefully, the Haitian people will suvive this next crisis.
