As a Haitian, I am very proud to see her in that position.

"La Francophonie" is not la "Cacophonie" if you know what I mean,
Congratulations!I have to admit that in 2009, my organization HRM Haiti Rescue Mission (I am the CEO)wrote to her about helping Haiti to prevent the much published prevention of the January 12, 2010 earthquake.

She responded with hope and she offered to help us to move forward to prevent that earthquake, but unfortunately, she was one of the few who did respond positively...I developed great admiration and respect for her since then,...
