I don't see anything wrong with the change of personnel in the government.

Haiti is going through a lot of changes which mean the status quo of the past is no longer acceptable.

Yes the Martelly/Lamothe government is inexperienced but from what I am reading on different news outlets about the project the government is implementing, we are making some progress.
