EDH - Blackout in Haiti

Blackout is a very popular word in Haiti... That's all I have to say about that...

There is a major blackout problem in Haiti right now because a of a delay in diesel fuel delivery and the lack or water in the Peligre Hydroelectric Dam.

I don't know how close presidential Jovenel Moise is to realizing his dream of providing Haiti with 24-hour electricity but here, in the city where I live, it is becoming a very rare commodity.

For all the complaints I hear about EDH and blackouts in Port-au-Prince I should not complain here in Hinche but... I just spend a couple of days in the dark and it was not pleasant...
