Admit when you have lost, this called courage!
Many Haitians have never had enough COURAGE to admit it when they've loose the battle, especially in politics. As soon as he looses, he starts complaining it was rigged, it's fraud, it's anything but the fact that you have lost!
Instead of admitting you have lost, you would rather get mad, you kick, you scream and you fight, or in the case of a Haitian politician, he's almost immediately in the opposition, an opponent who will never recognize this one single fact:
I won and you have lost!

Look at this nice dish of Haitian food: Corn meal with beans sauce and legume which consists of eggplant, spinach, cabbage, carrots, no meat. Add to that some sliced organic avocado and you have yourself a whole food plant based diet.

Ti Machann in Haiti selling rice and cooking oin in the streets
Life is not easy for a Ti Machann, the Haitian women who sell products on the sides of the streets. She buy a bag of rice and a bucket of oil and turns around and sells it retail to passers by for consumption.
In a day or two in the hot Haiti sun, if it all sells, she may make a little profit with which she has to take care of the house.
