Rale ti chez baw in haitian culture means people are about to gossip, some one is about to tell you the whole story.

Rale ti ches ba'w is comparable to "sit back, relax" in english.

By the way, the picture you are looking at in this page is the l"ti chèz pay" that Haitians often refer to as ti chez ba. It is a short chair that is in use every where in the coutnry. especialy by ti machanns (street vendors) in the Haitian street markets.
