It's always like that. Right before the election, some beautiful, sound proposals always popped-up out of nowhere to make the Haitians feel that something serious is about to happen.

It's the same story every time, every time, and every time.

All Haitians need now is the evaluate these folks's actions in a concrete manner.

Watch your cities and neighborhood carefully to see what are the new things that are being implemented.

If serious things are starting to happen in a REAL LIFE MANNER.

Then, this is when you will say hey they were serious.

Let me repeat that again.

"Watch your cities and neighborhood carefully to see what are the changes and new things that are being implemented"

Like your grand parents have taught you. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING UNTIL YOU SEE RESULTS.
