In my life time I witness by the time I was 11, Haitian flag blue and red and when I turned 12 I woke up to hear it is black and blue and there was a new constitution by the time I turn 35 it become blue and red again and there was a new constitition.

Haitians change ther constitution as they change their kabela and at every constitution they try to re-design the "grand-meal" and they for get to learn to "geometrize" it. Haiti is Haiti, that is the only thing she can be.
