Do Haitians Fear Using Credit Cards Online?

Here is an idea for using credit card online.

Get a credit card with a low credit limit.

Say $500. At least you'd know your risk is limited.

Or open a bank account at some credit union (to avoid the fee), get a credit card with a Visa/MasterCard logo and only put in an amount that you can risk loosing.

long term, your fear will go away.
