I have enough, something you will never have

This morning, a young lady told me an interesting story about a conversation between a rich man and a poor man. I've decided to share it with you.

In Haiti there are so many Things that make you go Hmmm...

The rich man and the poor man was having a conversation and suddenly the rich guy couldn't help but brag about all of these expensive things that he owned.

"I drive a Ferrari. I live in a multi-million dollar mansion. I have this, I have that and the other."

The rich man kept going and going until the poor man interrupted him:

"I have enough," the poor man said, "something you will never have."

Don't you just get tired of friends and acquaintances who just bore you about all the doodads that they own, things that you don't even care about?

Or worse, they will rub it in your ear telling you how much each and everything costs. Like you care.

My friend, I will give you one word of advice:

Try your best to live below your means and take good care of your health, like my brother Gae always says.

Financial minimalist Austin Williams said in one of his videos:

If you have a billion dollars and you have bad health, you have nothing."

I specifically loved the quote at the end of that video of his that I was watching:

"If you are not practicing contentment where ou are, you are not going to be content when you get what you want."

So quit listening to all of your friends who are bragging and poisoning your brain making you want all the things that makes them happy, well at least they think they are, and focus on contentment.

Have a nice day
