"Tropical Storm Irene is forecast to strengthen briefly into a hurricane before moving over part of Hispanola (Haiti and The Dominican Repulic) Monday night or Tuesday"
Remember, When a tropical storm or hurricane hits Haiti, the rain that it brings causes more damage than the wind.

Omg, after the earth quack and what it did to haiti was terrible, so therefore HAITI not ready for this hurricane
IRENE.
Haiti has been throw a lot these past couple of years, we still haven fully recover from the earth quack and not this, come on now, HAS HAITI Sin more then any other country's?
