Unfortunately, the Dominican Republic has weak governments nowadays; We need some old-school right-wing caudillos like Joaquin Balaguer or Rafael Trujillo; Those two would had expelled the hoodrat diplomat back to Haiti and declare her persona non grata, and that's exactly what the DR should do
