A man from Venezuela told me he will take the insecurity in Haiti over food shortages in his country
They say in life every man has his own problems. Every country have their own problems. This old man from Venezuela told me their country is going to hell right now due to food shortages that is causing lots of Venezuelans to go hungry everyday.
Former Haitian President Michel Martelly and Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez
"If you think the unsafe streets of Port-au-Prince Haiti are bad, try lack of food in Venezuela," the man said
Under President Hugo Chavez, Venezuela was a great ally of Haiti providing us with cheap fuel that our government was supposed to use to developed the country.
We all know the ordeals of petrocaribe; I don't need to bring that up in this article.
It's sad to hear that all of this is going on in Venezuela right now.
Come to think of it, wasn't Haiti supposed to pay back a lart of the petrocaribe money with agricultural products or something?
Antouka....

What happened?
Doesn't he know that people in Haiti are also starving because most of them are lazy?
They would rather sit there and wait for a hand
