The world bank publishes an article about how hurricanes can turn back the development clock by years, Haiti is mentioned nowhere in the article, yet the featured photo for the article is this photo you are lookin at, a street in downtown Port-au-Prince, Haiti, after Hurricane Mathew.
Believe me, they couldn't find a better picture for their article. whose fault is that?
