Who is defending Haiti and Why Haiti is still behind?

My suggestions to the next Haiti's president

1)Get your wife involve to serve the Haitian population like Michelle Bennett Duvalier did.

2)Never accept to sign any deal with the French, the Canadian, and the American without contacting the Haitian people.

3)Get the population involve right away in Agriculture with specific three months local products like: Corns, Beans and sweet potatoes enough to sustain your population density.

4) Rules to reduce corruptions in Haiti

5)Recreate Force Armer D'Haiti and Le Corp des Leoparts pour sauvegarder le prestige National du Pays.

6) Teach and talk to your NATION a special word every morning to reduce crime.

7)GET HAITI RIGHT THIS TIME.
