Mr Boc C. does have some accurate lines on the way Haiti government is administered, A true way to govemb the country is a strict adherence to the constitution which should be well drafted by the citizenry and the political activists.

So far, there is bo sign of this happening The sole moto is that everyone wants to be at the helm of the political or have a laisser faire in the way the way the country is govern = even if drug trafficking is the concern.

It is time some drastic line is drawn to regulate those miscreant and bandits,.
