I speak Spanish, and I am Dominican.

First of all, I would like to say that I am very happy with the fame of Rumai, the street vendor.

This man is protesting the song because he claims that the song "Palito de Coco" is actually a sexual double entendre referring to a woman's nether regions.

He is criticizing Haitians whom he claims are "not grateful" BUT, he is also criticizing the Dominican impresarios who abuse and exploit the Haitian labor force.

He is basically exposing the unfortunate realities of the Dominican republic.

Don't take his words as an assault on the humble street vendor, he is simply using the Palito de Coco phenomenon as a platform to speak about the harsh realities of the island.
