No bouretier can walk into a bank and ask for a loan. He has to have stats of his daily or monthly income and can prove to the bank that he can repay the loan.

As far as I know, none of those guys has the financial acumen so to do.

Let's hope that some good samaritans with the finanancial know how help them to overcome this deficiency.
