I was driving home from a Dominican Border town and suddenly the car died. I thought I ran out of gas but it is much worse than that...

The mechanic told me I better book a cheap hotel room in town, I'm gonna be in town for at least 3 days...

He also said there are no parts for my car available in town. Parts have to come from capital Santo Domingo...

Hmmm... And I am supposed to be reporting to you the latest updates regarding the Haiti Presidential elections...
