Are you stressed out? Maybe it is because you are not getting enough sleep

Did you know that if you are not getting enough sleep, just a little bit, that can seriously affect your mood, your energy level, how you think and your ability to handle stress?

So you are all stress out, you can't think straight, you are unhappy and don't know why. Stop what you're doing and get some sleep!

According to webmd.com when you are not getting enough sleep, it may affect your relationship, your quality of life, it may cause, injury at work, you could get into a car accident. you now the worse that could happen, right?

How about your physical health?

If you are gaining weight, it could be because your are not getting enough sleep. But it could be worse.

High blood pressure, Heart attack, Heart failure, Stroke are all associated one one way or another to lack of sleep.

My friend, the same way your wake up every day and do what you gotta do to make ends meet. Make sure when you get home you do what you gotta do to stay alive. Get some sleep danm it!

According to helpguide.org most healthy adults need between 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night to function at their best. Children and teens need even more.
