Does a Haitian National loose his Nationality when he becomes a U.S. Citizen

There is a big constitutional issue in Haiti over Nationality and I think some very smart people are confusing "Nationality" with "Citizenship"... QUESTION: Do Haitians loose their Nationality when they become a U.S. Citizens?

United States Passport

KREYOL: Haiti Immigration - Eske yon Haitien pèdi Nasyonalite li lè li devni yon Sitwayen Ameriken? Eske les Etas-Unis OBLIJE-w RENONSE nationalite-w pou ou ka vinn sitayen Ameriken? A nou pale... Kisa ou panse de sa?

If you do a Google search for "acquire U.S. nationality" you will realize that EVERY search result will return "acquire United States citizenship."

Here is what I read on Wikipedia about naturalization through immigration:

"In this circumstance a person may be required to renounce their previous citizenship(s) (depending on the laws of both the original and receiving states), but this does not imply that they have renounced their previous nationalities as well."

"For example, an immigrant from Germany to the United States of America may apply for and receive American citizenship, but it is unlikely that she or anyone else would then say that she was no longer "German" in any sense, despite the fact that in most circumstances Germany requires its emigrants to renounce their German citizenship before adopting another."

Now let me ask again...
