Peyi Lock, lekol lage - Haitian students returning home from school
I remember taking this picture during a time when Haiti was in Peyi Lock mode. Some children in parts of Haiti were able to go to school without any interference from bad politicians who decided to put the country on lock-down.
During Peyi Lock in Haiti walking home from school in Haiti was was a luxury that Haitian students could not afford since most schools were closed.

A large crowd of Haitian parents and students gather to collect free school bags
Back to school Haiti - A large crowd of Haitian parents and students gather in front of the office of Haitian Senator Rony Celestin in Hinche to collect free school bags and other school accessories.
This happened on Thursday, September 14 2018, one week after school opened in Haiti.
Over 700 school kits were distributed and lots more sent other communes across the Centre department of Haiti.
