Here is a photo of the old Caserne de Belladere, the Belladere Army Barracks which was also the Douanne de Belladere (Customs) and the Prison of Belladere as well, after it was restored in 2014.
Since Belladere is a city border city (ville frontaliere) with the neighboring Dominican Republic. the old caserne was build so that you had to go under it, like a gateway, go get in and out of Haiti to the Dominican Republic.
