Look at this photo... Here is a view from the sky of the flooding in Cap Haitien Haiti... It is much worse then we think...

There are many homes in Cap Haitien in floodwater after heavy rain flooded the city.

The Department of Civil Protection of Haiti said at least 6,000 homes were flooded in Cap-Haitien and several other communes in Northern Haiti.
