Haiti Earthquake SOS sign

Arter the January 12 Earthquake, Haitians put out SOS signs asking for help.

Here is an SOS sign that reads: "We need help" in both ENglish and French in the area of Sans-Fil in Port-au-Prince Haiti.

Haiti is one of many poor countries where international aid has failed to fulfill its objectives. Despite billions of dollars being pumped in, little has changed since the disastrous earthquake of 2010, Joel Boutroue said.
