allowing anyone to build business or to invest in Haiti, wont help the country unless thoses businesses start getting taxed that is the only way Haiti will make money...that is why other nations build businesses there...anyone can go to Haiti and open a business and the country gain nothing from it...we gain nothing from tourism at all, this is crazy
