Have you thought of doing a baigran cruise?

Here are some that meet (and even exceed) your budget5 day cruise from Harwich, MA (you can take a cheap flight to here from Toronoto) to Amsterdam starting at $173:5 day cruise from Miami (flight a little more expensive obviously) to the Bahamas starting at $249:5 day cruise from Alabama to the Carribean starting at $269:There are a bunch more, but don't want to name a lot..you can check out a bunch more at baigran travel cruises (I'll leave the link to the source section)
