It is ok to do all that. Agriculture in Haiti is still in the 1804 prtoduction style.

Yes we need help
A we need a Bank for Agriculture so we could borrow the money to produce.

B We need a STRONG cadase to determine the legitimity of OWNERSHIP OF LAND IN HAITI.

C WE need to mecanize our production and have technicien to repair those
tractor when the time come an strong inventory of spare part.
C How any paysan would benefit of such Schooling throught the internet with no PC or ELECTICITY.

How would they be able to connect to a UNIVERSITY POFESSOR IN FLORIDA.

D If this a serious project sell every farmer in Haiti a Tractor and have them pay for it in 10 years.and have an area Manager to make sure the vision is carry out.If not in such term and vision, BRAVO IS JUST ANOTHER PUBLICITY STORY ABOUT HELPING THE MOST CORUPT COUNTRY IN THE WORLD.

I HOPE OUR NEW PRESIDENT WILL EVALUATE THIS PROJECT AND MAKE RECOMMENDATION AND ACHIVEMENT GOAL FOR HAITI AGRICULTURE.
