I think the carnival program would come very handy because it would bring financial resources to Haitian people who are right this minute experiencing a lot of financial difficulties.But the questions remain: What are the government officials going to do to make the festivities happen?

LE Champs De Mars est nonexistent.What would they do for the families living under the tents?.I would not go to the carnival this year .I do not think is going to a very happy occasion for me.
