Without scientific facts we should not speculate about the origine of the desease; in any case, doesn't the UN have an obligation to screen its personel sent as a group for whatever mission to any country?

What explains this apparent carelessness?

If the rumors prove to be true, every Haitian should be manifestly outraged; the UN should hear from us as it was in the early to mid 80s.
