I hope that the Harbor expansion happens right away...

The Capital is a total disgrace in the Visitor's and Haitian faces.

You cannot go anywhere with ease, most of the Capital's street downtown are clogged or too dirty to penetrate...

REMOVE THE RUBBLE NOW and let's start doing something sgnificant before the International focus is shifted somewhere else, leaving us in the trash as it is now.
Build homes to get the people out of CHAMPS DE MARS, the Nation renown National Park with Historical Monuments...

Let's remove trash from our Heroes' faces...

They must be rolling in their graves for such nonsense...
