I am sorry, but the answer is like that. Who is going to police the police?

There will be a lot of money to be made in Haiti in the years to come, and sharks can smell blood miles away. We are a very naive people, and not everyone that is now suddenly has our best interests in mind. You have to police the police, and the police cannot police itself.

We are descendants of the Nigerians if you know what I mean, and cannot help ourselves.
