I've seen the video just over a month ago and I can tell you it still makes me cringe.

It is disheartening to believe someone would/could do this to another human being.

It is strait evil and heartless.

As sad as it is, I believe stuff like this happens all the time, not to say I condone the Dominican man's actions but...you may not know what the Haitian man did. As I said before it is heartless but to some crazy people it is revenge or punishment...still f* up though...
