Most of what you stated are true however minustah was not the source of kidnapping the antikidnapping unit was formed by minustah members
Kidnapping at first was incidental
Then many politicians got involved by using their positions and easy access to those youngsters who lost the support from aristide rhey were easily influence to get involve to make money and also the fact that upon reelection aristide introduced a huge number of chimeres in then police department mostly untrained and uneducated wanna be gangsters they are now the onea who are running the department
