I think that it's wrong to say that " Haitians Succeed Out Side Of Haiti Yet Get No Respect At Home" this is a generalization because not all haitians disrespect the people that the writer implied.

Yeah you are completely right.

Some people think that because they come from the US we have to lick their.SS. I am sorry if someone is disapointed because we don't try to be the way they want. They come here and brag about their success, try to humiliate us, o what do they wnat us to do?

You want respect, you get it yourself..

Anpil moun nan diaspora (pa yo tout) panse ke nou dwe lave pye yo le yo vin an Haiti.

I have been a succesful student in the US, I go home every summer, I insist to speak Creole and don't fake that I forget the language.

NO one disrespect me me. When I go there, i show that I am apart of it. When you draw a line between you and the Haitian back home because you are a "just come" then I am sorry you are no longer Haitian because it's insane that you would try do look down at your own people.

Anyway, they will be disrespected wherever you go because it's not a haitian thing it's part of the human nature.
