Because most Haitians are uneducated.

The lack of education in Haiti is going to cause Haiti's demise.

The Dominican Republic sadly is way way more advanced than Haiti.

Look, I can go on and on about Haiti but I'll be wasting my breath.

I'm afraid Haiti will never catch up to the rest of the world.

The world will always be 50 steps ahead of us. So keep using charbon, that's all Haitians know.
