It is pretty obvious to see a beautiful City like Hinche to be mistreated like that. I am from Hinche i believe Hinche can more beautiful if we put ourselves together.

I ask those who are responsible to take action.

it is time for Hinche to have electricity.

it is time for us to start thinking about development instead of robbing the government money.

it is time for the mayor to clean the city. it is time for the senator to stop acting like kid when they in the parliament they are afraid of talking about the real issue.

i am sick and tire of those who are in charge.

i am sick and tire of them robbing the money of the city. it is time for change.
