I am very happy to have read your message and witness that we need to start serious about our country.

This is the kind of positive discussion that will start lifting up the spirit among Haitians.

We have constantly been beaten up in the press about how bad things are in the country to the point that we start believing that all that is written is true. It is up to us and us alone to start thinking of ways of empowering our country.

Nobody will do for us. We need a critical mass of Haitians to start thinking about how they can help and start contribute, even in small way, to the economic growth of the country.

We have to want it bad enough to change the ways things are for our less fortunate brothers that are still struggling without a lot of hope.
A number of national groups have succeeded in helping their countries.

As you mentioned, Indians are one of the groups.

Another great example is Israel: There is a constant exchange of knowledge, money, resources to that country.

We, Haitians, can do the same. Lets continue this dialogue, together we can make a difference.
