There is no need to rejoice because of the reduction in the presence of MINUSTHA SOLDIERS in Haiti.

It may not be apparent to all; however, the UN soldiers are the one who keeps some sort of stability in the country Removing them will plunge the country to doc Duvalier area.
Let us give them a little more time to bring some equilibrum.
