they should because there is an absence of the law on the ground it is ridiculous ..where are the brigade de paix .with technology they can be have video taping material at hands for evidence to make it easier to prosecute.

it is not rocket scientist...common people...The folks who are financing these destructive demonstration should be sanctioned and prosecuted...oh pardon my naiveté ...just had a brain fart this Haiti after all...land of disorder...
