While I appreciate and share in your concern for life and for shedding some light onto this matter, and I agree with you wholeheartedly that it's a potentially deadly behavior, pointing the fingers solely on the driver and the passengers misses out once more on an opportunity to note this as a systemic reaction to a chronic transportation problem where individuals in the absence of anticipation and planning by those who claim to lead are left to fetch for solutions on their own.
