I'm curious about the reasons for the delay, if it's is a matter of who controls the island than of course Haiti should be cautious and insist on their rights.

Otherwise they would just be selling it off to a corporation with little benefits to Haiti.

But if this is some political infighting or some plot to be greedy than the truth needs to be exposed and the culprits dealt with. And the ones talking about Haiti should give up it's independence need to close their jawbones shut.

Those countries can't even run their own economies without help and the way they treat blacks in their own country?

Haiti should put their trust in them?

Please.
