Just don't understand it. You know, we used to produce our own cement.

The blvd Jean Jacques Dessalines was built in concrete mixed from Haitian cement and as you can see, this pavement may be eroded but it's still here after 50 years.

By this time I think the factory was ruled by the state (not sure) Can be verified.

The fact is that our businessmen don't want to invest on the long term. We want immediate money.

That's why our sugar factories no longer exist.

we are mostly merchants, Not investors.
