Well, my friend Woody, Patinage sur Glace is not new to Haiti.

In the good old days, there was a place at Kenscoff where people could regularly go ice skating.

It was not a temporary, one-time event.

It was a place where you paid to get in and ice skate.

I think it was called "La Chaumière".
