President Rene Preval just got married for the third time and the Haitian leader officially on his honeymoon.

Haiti now has a first lady

Her name is Elisabeth Debrosse Delatour, ex wife of Leslie Delatour.

I've know Rene Preval for 20 years.

He has always been plagued by the shadow of Aristide.

I hope he finds happiness with his third wife. He has survived in office longer that other Haitian presidents because he is non-threatening.
