Ideas for Valentines Day

Call a place, (nice hotel/restaurant) make arrangement for a surprise dinner, have a nice bouquet of orchid (sensuality) delivered to the table or to the room.

Give to the hotel/restaurant a CD of the music that she really likes, to be played (if possible), otherwise bring a boom box which that CD, while she is in the bathroom, start playing that music, or place the boom box under the dinner table and play that special music as soon the dinner is served.

The best part is not to tell her where you are taking her. Believe me, you will make her Valentine's Day.

If you prefer stay at home, arrange to have dinner cooked by a caterer, have the orchid delivered after work (if she is working), set the table yourself, play that special music as soon she enters the dining room.

Place a rose on the pillow with a romantic note telling her how much you love her.

If there are kids, arrange to have the kids with the baby-sitter.

Serve her the dinner while you whisper all the nice things you want her to know.

Come on Haitian men, you can do that.

Believe me, if you keep at it the world will have less divorce/separation/break up. It is a matter of mind set and caring. Try, try, try.

By the way, it does not have to be Valentine's Day; Mother's Day, Birthday, Anniversary, or on any special occasion.

Women love flowers: 12 to 24 red roses for Anniversary, Birthday; 12 to 24 carnation on Mother's Day, Orchid on Valentine's Day, wedding anniversary.

Love is in the air, just catch it.

Take it from me, your ideas are just what we, women, long for every so often, not just on Valentine's Day. It will keep the romance fresh in our relationships and as you so aptly noted, the margin of divorce rate would be decreased by a wide percentage.
