By order of the Government Commissioner, Prisoner Madsen Clervoyant was escorted by police to Capital Bank. The police then removed the handcuffs of the prisoner so he could enter the bank to carry out the transaction: Deposit 40,000 US dollars to an account belonging to attorney Duclas Marcelin whom he had a fight with over a woman...
