Bonito says...

While my most sincere sympathy goes to the folks of Limbe, a city that has for years attracted my attention and interest, and to the Senators Bien Aime and Polycarpe who must be between a rock and hard place to find relief and solace for their constituents in the north plain who were already surviving under dire circumstances.

It must however be said that when a country fails to plan though knowing the elements, this country has surely planned to fail. The riverbanks must be protected if we are to harness the rain during the fall
