I wonder if Haitian women know this... Ladies, you can improve your mood and reduce PMS symptoms by eating a banana... Did you know that???

Recently, the woman in my life told me about some symptoms that disappeared prior to her menstrual cycle. She used to have tender breasts, and mood swings; however, she felt fine... Almost NO PMS this month...

I started thinking about the recent changes in her diet. Over past few months, she has been eating a banana almost every day. Then I found out that eating a banana is actually good for this type of thing...
