Well these days are gone!

Cruise ships can now Dock in Labadee Haiti.

So... The next time you get on a Cruise to Labadee Haiti, you will be able to walk from the cruise liner onto the beautiful shores of Labadee beach Haiti.

I read a news report that , the world's largest cruise liner, was the first cruise ship ever dock in . I am finding out that this is not true.

Here is what I read in a forum thread on :

Rumor has it that they will use the Enchantment of the Seas as a tender for Oasis at Labadee!! (billybuzzy)

Just returned from Freedom of the Seas yesterday. We were the first ship to dock in Labadee! Lots of improvements to the island since last year. I was very impressed. (msharmanshaw )

The dock was signed off on November 30, and as msharmanshaw said the Freedom was the 1st to use it last week. Oasis was the 2nd ship to dock there. It is a huge improvement! Labadee's improvements are quite good. I like the sidewalks they have laid out although you still need to keep your wits about you with all the staff people riding around on 4-wheelers and other vehicles.
